- Added isort and ruff as pre-commit hooks for code formatting and linting. - Removed main.py file as it is no longer needed. - Updated pyproject.toml to include new development dependencies: ruff and ty. - Updated uv.lock to reflect new package versions and added ruff and ty packages.
