Adds a new configuration file to define data feeds, link fixers, generator settings, and API endpoints for weeknote generation. This config file specifies the RSS feeds to fetch, the links to fix, and the settings for generating the weeknote content. It also defines the user IDs for external services like Anilist and Goodread.
